With over two decades of experience as an HR executive, corporate trainer, and educator, I’ve honed my skills in leadership development, conflict resolution, and creating environments where individuals and teams can thrive. I’ve worked with Fortune 100 companies, taught business and HR courses at colleges, and led initiatives in industries ranging from logistics and hospitality to education. My academic background includes an MBA in Human Resources and certifications in transformational coaching, grief education, and advanced training programs, giving me both practical expertise and a deep understanding of human dynamics.

Today, I channel this wealth of experience into my work as an Intuitive Energy Practitioner and Certified Grief Educator. My journey into energy healing began as I sought deeper ways to help individuals overcome life’s challenges, process grief, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Through modalities like energy balancing, mindfulness, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I empower clients to release blockages, heal emotional wounds, and achieve alignment in mind, body, and spirit.
